Services

The Site offers a virtual currency for sale to users, which may be used for various purposes as described in the Tokens section of this Terms. By purchasing Tokens through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions related to the purchase and use of tokens.
Definitions
- "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Site.
- "Account" refers to a user's personal account on the Site, which allows the User to access certain features and services offered by the Site.
- "Guest" refers to user who accesses the Site without logging in or creating an account.
- "Visitor" refers to a user who accesses the Site logged-in by using a regular account.
- "Model" refers to a user who accesses the Site logged-in by using an account with an elevated level of service and who, but not only, broadcasts their own webcam on the Site as a performer or entertainer. Each Model signs a Model Agreement which is incorporated to this Terms by reference.
- "User Content" refers to users uploads, posts, transmit texts, photos, videos, sounds, and any other content added to the Site by the user.
- "Token" refers to the virtual currency used by the Site.
- "Tip" refers to the action of gifting Tokens.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms of use set forth herein.
You can access and create an Account to the Site free of charge.
Stand against child pornography and human abuse
All content found on this Site was created by their authors when they were at least 18 years old. The Site operator does not allow nor tolerate any publication of under aged or not consenting people. If you find any content that depict minors or obvious human abuse, please contact the support immediately, including in your report any relevant evidence and links for us de retreive the content and take appropriate actions.
The Site operator cooperate with any law enforcement agency investigating child pornography. As an intermediary Site we do not control or endorse our User Content and cannot be taken responsible from claims arising from the publication or transmission of this one.
Accounts
In order to use certain features of the Site, you must create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or password.

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to immediately notify The Site operator if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or if you become aware of any other breach of security.
Tokens
The Site uses Tokens for commercial (such as, but not limited to, videos or photos purchase) and non-commercial exchanges (such as, but not limited to, Tips) made between Users. Tokens are bought in fiat currencies by Visitors and can be converted back to fiat currencies subject to the application of an exchange rate defined by The Site operator by Models. The exchange rate for tokens may be subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of The Site operator. You acknowledge and agree that The Site operator may modify the exchange rate for tokens without any liability or obligation to you, and that your purchase of tokens does not guarantee any particular exchange rate or value. The company shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from changes in the exchange rate for tokens.
The Site operator is not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase or use of Tokens, even if the Site operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall The Site operator's total liability to you for all damages exceed the last amount paid by you, if any, for the last purchase of Tokens.
User Content
You retain all rights in your User Content, but by submitting User Content to the Site, you grant the Site operator a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display such User Content in connection with the Site and The Site operator's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that: (a) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all your User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases necessary to grant The Site operator the rights in such User Content, as contemplated under these Terms; and (b) neither your User Content, nor your submission, uploading, posting, or transmittal of such User Content or The Site operator's use of the User Content (or any portion thereof) on, through or by means of the Site will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or proprietary or other proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
The Site Operator does not authorize or approve Content on Online Companions, and views expressed by Users cannot be accounted in any way to represent Online Companions views.
Prohibited User Content includes, but is not limited to:
- Engaging in any illegal activities or activities that violate the rights of others, such as hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats of violence.
- Sharing personal information about others, such as pictures, videos, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses, without their consent.
- Posting or sharing content that display hardcore pornography such as (but not limited to) bestiality, urination/defecation, incest, necrophilia, sado-masochistic abuse, bondage, torture, physical injury, rape (even simulated), genital mutilation, genital insertion of huge objects.
- Child pornography or any appearance of underaged person.
- Spam or unsolicited commercial content.
User Content may also contain external links to other websites or resources, and the Site operator does not endorse or guarantee the content, accuracy, or safety of these external links posted by Users. You agree not to post any external links that are harmful, malicious, or illegal, and you acknowledge and agree that the Site operator may remove external links (or User Content) that violate these terms. You also acknowledge and agree that the Site operator is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of external links posted by other Users on the website, and that you use such links at your own risk.
Chatrooms
Model's chat rooms and all the content published in them is considered as User Content and should abide by this Terms.
Removal of User Content
The Site operator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The Site operator may also remove User Content if it believes it is necessary to do so in order to comply with the law or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Site operator, its users, or others.
Proprietary Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Site operator and its licensors.
The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the British Virgin Island and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Site operator.
By using the Site, you understand that other Users may have the ability to record, capture, and/or distribute any User Content you share or broadcast through the Site, and that the Site operator is not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized recording or distribution of such content. You acknowledge and agree that you use the Site and its features at your own risk.
User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"; (b) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Site; (c) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (d) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site; (e) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
You agree to use the website in a manner that is respectful of other Users and in accordance with expected adult behavior. You agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal. You also agree not to use the website to harass, intimidate, or threaten other users, or to engage in any behavior that would violate the rights or privacy of other Users.
You agree that you have no obligation to follow any suggestions, comments, reviews, or instructions received from other Users and that if you choose to do so, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Subscriptions
Online Companions may provide recurring payment of Tokens for subscriptions plans to Model User Content. In that matter, the Site Operator cannot be taken responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you considering that a) the Site Operator is not responsible for the content of these subscriptions and b) that these recurring payments only debit the virtual currency of Online Companions which you willingly bought as one time payments.
Termination
The Site operator may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the Site, or your use of all or a portion of the Site, with or without notice and with or without cause.
You agree that the Site operator may remove or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, and that the Site operator shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the removal or termination of your Account.
You have the right to cancel your Account at anytime for any reason and you can do so in your Account settings page. Do note that this action is irreversible Do note that this action is irreversible, and you will not be able to reactivate your account in any way.
If your Account is terminated, canceled or removed, for any reason, you acknowledge and agree that you will forfeit any Tokens associated with that Account, and that the Site operator shall have no obligation to refund or reimburse you for any unused or remaining Tokens.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site operator provides the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied. The Site operator does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site and its features at your own risk, and you acknowledge and agree that the Site operator is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Site.
Limitation of Claims
You acknowledge and agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the website or these terms of use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or else it shall be forever barred.
